This proposal was developed by the Portland Trailblazers working with architect Rick Potestio. It proposed a reworking of the Arena to accommodate an ice rink for NHL games, and a top of the seating bowl VIP bar area in lieu of some existing seating. Larger openings were cut into the Arena bowl.
